Customers of Coinbase will soon have access to futures via the exchange's Coinbase Financial Markets service. After applying to the National Futures Association (NFA) to become a Futures Commission Merchant in September 2021, Coinbase has now been permitted to offer its customers trading in crypto futures under federal regulation.
