Bitget, the leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company, hosted a yoga retreat meet up under its Blockchain4Her initiative during Malaysia Blockchain Week 2025. The event, Blockchain4Her: Pengu Yoga Flow with Gracy Chen, the session partnered with Pudgy Penguins to connect over 25 female founders, developers, and executives for a yoga session that followed with a talk by Gracy industry discussions.
Held at The Flow Studio in KLGCC, this marked Blockchain4Her's first sports-themed event, blending physical wellness with professional networking in an industry where women hold just 26% of leadership roles.

Gracy Chen,CEO at Bitget and founder of Blockchain4Her, said. "Web3 needs women at every level, not just as participants but as builders, leaders and founders," she said. "Today was about strengthening both body and mind but also about building your professional networks."
Blockchain4Her is growing globally, driven by its recent three-year partnership with UNICEF as part of the Game Changers Coalition. The initiative delivers blockchain and digital skills training to 300,000 young people, including girls and educators, across eight countries, with Malaysia as one of the key hubs. Through Bitget Academy, UNICEF’s first blockchain curriculum combines online modules, hands-on workshops, and game-based learning, reinforcing Blockchain4Her’s focus on delivering impact and bringing change to the lives of those involved.
The event attracted a diverse group of women from ASEAN's Web3 scene, demonstrating strong interest in regular, substantive programming. The Pudgy Penguins collaboration advanced Bitget's strategy of combining cultural relevance with inclusion, following their recent "Kopi Rave" side event during MYBW 2025.
