Vladyslav's background in handling massive scale informs every layer of Vocaly AI, from his days leading secure Bitcoin wallet development at Bitfury and architecting a pipeline to process millions of images daily at Vio.com to recent cloud improvements at Kava Labs. He also gained memberships and certifications from IAITP, AWS (2022 and 2024), and Google Cloud (2020). His training and experiences taught him where systems crack under pressure, lessons he applies directly to ensure Vocaly agents maintain stability during peak hours, adapting scripts dynamically for sales pitches or claims processing while upholding data boundaries that satisfy enterprise regulators.
