Key Investor(s): Silver Lake

Clari, a connected revenue operations platform that uses automation and AI to unlock all the activity data captured in key business systems, raised US$150 million in a Series E round. The round brings the company's total valuation to US$1.6 billion. This latest funding was led by Silver Lake, with participation from B Capital Group and existing investors Sequoia Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, and others. The funds will help Clari to expedite its product development, expand ecosystem partnerships and drive global expansion.

Exscientia

Amount Raised: US$100 Million

Transaction Type: Series C

Key Investor(s): BlackRock Innovation Capital

Exscientia is a UK-based company that applies AI and big data processing to stimulate drug discovery and development. The company raised a mammoth amount of US$40 million in a Series C financing round. Exscientia plans to use the funds to develop its platform towards autonomous drug design. The fund will also allow it to extend its proprietary pipeline into clinical trials and expansion of existing capabilities in biological analytics that support target selection and portfolio development.

Snapcommerce

Amount Raised: US$85 Million

Transaction Type: Series B

Key Investor(s): Inovia Capital, Lion Capital

Snapcommerce, a commerce platform that connects price-conscious consumers to the right product deals, raised US$85 million in a Series B funding round. The round was co-led by Inovia Capital and Lion Capital with participation from Acrew DCF, Thayer Ventures and Full In Partners, and other existing investors. Snapcommerce is a flexible, AI-driven platform that is vertical-agnostic and uses messaging to personalize the mobile shopping experience and deliver the best promotional prices. The fresh capital will enable the company to expand into new consumer verticals applying its broader vision of improving the way people shop on their phones.

Peak AI

Amount Raised: US$21 Million

Transaction Type: Series B

Key Investor(s): Oxx

Peak AI, a UK-based artificial intelligence, bagged US$21 million in a Series B financing round. Led by Oxx, with existing investors MMC Ventures and Praetura Ventures and new investor Arete´, Peak AI's total funding valuation reached US$$43 million. Peak AI is one of the emerging AI software vendors benefitting from the shift to e-commerce that is transforming the retail and manufacturing sectors.

Superb AI

Amount Raised: US$9.3 Million

Transaction Type: Series A

Key Investor(s): Atinum Investment

Superb AI, a machine learning data platform, raised US$9.3 million in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Atinum Investment with participation from existing and new investors including Premier Partners, Stonebridge Ventures, Murex Partners, KT Investments, and Duke University's Angel Network. This round brings Superb AI's total funding to US$11.3 million. This fresh fund will enable the company to ramp up hiring and scale customer adoption while expanding and expediting product development.

Agara

Amount Raised: US$4.3 Million

Transaction Type: Pre-Series A

Key Investor(s): UTEC

Agara, a provider of autonomous voice agents powered by real-time Voice AI, secured US$4.3 million in a Series A round. This funding round was led by UTEC, a Japan-based early-stage deep-tech venture capital firm, with participation from existing investors Blume Ventures and RTP Global. The round brings Agara's total funding valuation to US$7.5 million.

UptimeAI

Amount Raised: US$1.5 Million

Transaction Type: Seed Round

Key Investor(s): YourNest Venture Capital

UptimeAI is an AI-based predictive maintenance software provider for heavy industries. The company has raised US$1.5 million in a Seed funding round led by YourNest Venture Capital, with participation from other angel investors. The company intends to use the funds to scale its technology infrastructure while expanding its presence in global markets.
