Quack AI has confirmed a round of new strategic backing from a group of Web3 organizations including Scaling Labs, CARV Labs, Merlin Chain, and zkLink. The support includes both capital and technical resources, aimed at helping the project expand its AI-based governance infrastructure across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
Quack AI is developing an automated governance system that uses historical data and risk assessment to help decentralized communities evaluate and process proposals. Its tools are designed to assist—rather than replace—human participation by offering a system that supports proposal analysis, tracks patterns, and flags potential issues. The intent is to reduce manual work, improve transparency, and help communities keep up as on-chain governance becomes more active and complex.
The project is currently integrating with CARV, zkLink, Merlin Chain, UXLink, and others, and has begun supporting governance activities for projects including LiveArt, NFP, and Lumoz. These integrations will use Quack AI’s system to help with tasks like reviewing proposals and identifying suspicious voting behavior.
In addition to governance tools, Quack AI is working with other infrastructure and AI-focused projects to improve how it handles data. MindNetwork is contributing secure data encryption through Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), which allows information to be processed without exposing it. CARV’s D.A.T.A. framework is being used to source verifiable on-chain data. APRO is providing support for data authentication and transfer using its ATTPs protocol. Together, these partnerships aim to improve the security and reliability of how data is used within Quack AI’s systems.
Quack AI already serves as the governance layer for DuckChain and is building out support for more EVM-compatible and modular blockchain networks. Its structure is modular, which allows other projects to add AI-based decision-making without giving up control over how governance functions are managed.
In the longer term, Quack AI is aiming to build out a system that goes beyond basic voting. The goal is to enable communities to view proposals alongside automated analysis, priority scoring, and structured outcomes. Future updates on the roadmap include support for multi-network deployment, delegation tools, and impact-based governance metrics.
As decentralized governance grows more complex, Quack AI is developing systems that help communities stay informed and organized when making decisions on-chain.
Quack AI is building infrastructure to support AI-assisted governance across Web3. Its system combines proposal evaluation, risk analysis, and transparent data reporting to help decentralized communities manage governance tasks. With support from organizations including Scaling Labs, CARV Labs, and others, Quack AI is focused on providing tools that make on-chain governance more manageable and consistent across multichain environments.
