The role of the Business Reporting and Governance Vertical is to provide a tracking mechanism for SLA/KPI. The Governance team will be accountable for contractual compliance with various parts of the contract such as Incident Management, Survey Management, Governance, Change Management, and Reporting. Candidates with knowledge in MS Excel and MIS reports are preferred to fill up the vacancy. The applicant will have to prepare analysis and management reports including ad-hoc and recurring. The role also involves getting insightful data to track the performance of the business and also managing the behaviors of the employees.

Job Qualifications:

• The candidate must have completed her graduation in Commerce (B.Com).
• The applicant must have effective communication skills.
• The applicant must have an experience in the relevant field.
• A candidate with experience in working on automation projects is required.
• The candidate must have skills in facilitation and virtual teaming.
• Ability to learn and adjust in a changing environment.
• Must have proficiency in MS Office.
• The candidate must know how to simplify and automate manual-intensive processes using basic VBA, and MS Access.
• Experience in drafting reports and basic knowledge of using PowerBI is a must

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• The responsibility of the candidate is to create and publish daily reports, weekly reports, and monthly reports with higher accuracy.
• Identifying the data trends to provide insightful insights to the stakeholders.
• The applicant must create ad hoc reports.
• Report automation for reduction of manual tasks.
