Ivy has been around since 2016 in Las Vegas. You will find it at all Caesar resorts with the exception of Rio. If you have a more complex question to ask then you can still go to the front desk and ask for help.
The Ivy AI program is entirely optional for guests. When they check in a hotel the staff will tell them about the benefits of Ivy such as getting immediate answers to questions without the need to visit the front desk. They can opt out of using IVY by just sending a text message with the word "STOP".
Some guests actually think that Ivy is really a person and quite a few of them go to the front desk and ask to see her in person so that they can thank her for her efficiency and support. This is when you know that AI is really doing what it should.
