PM Modi said 5G and AI are poised to lead conversations and transform many Indian sectors

According to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, technology would help India attain its goal of being a developed country by 2047. He also described the vast and cutting-edge digital infrastructure being built to make sure that the advantages of the digital revolution are felt by all residents.

In his remarks at the post-Budget webinar titled "Unleashing the Potential: Ease of Living with Technology." PM Modi stated that the government aims to lower the cost of compliance for small firms and requested the sector to create a list of compliances that may be reduced.

"We aim to lower small enterprises' compliance expenses. Can you (the industry) compile a list of compliances that are not essential and can be cut back? 40,000 compliances have been completed " added Modi.

He pointed out that India is building a cutting-edge digital infrastructure and making sure that everyone benefits from the digital revolution.

To solve the issues that taxpayers encounter, technology is being employed to make the tax system faceless.

He said that technology is being utilized to bring about a qualitative change in Indian residents' lives, saying, "We employed technology to make the tax system faceless, and to address difficulties experienced by taxpayers."

He said that emerging technologies like 5G and AI (Artificial Intelligence) are dominating discussions right now and are set to revolutionize several industries, including medicine, agriculture, and education.

The prime minister urged participants to list 10 issues that affect the average person that can be resolved using artificial intelligence.

He said that the JAM (Jan Dhan Yojana, Aadhaar, and Mobile number) trinity aided in providing benefits to the needy, saying that technology served as the foundation of One Nation One Ration.

He said that the 21st century is driven by technology and cannot be limited to only digital and internet technologies.
