Android Authority has learned that the beta version of Android 14 for TV, which was unveiled at Google's I/O conference last week, includes information about a new "find my remote" feature.

It also displays a switch to turn it on or off, as well as a test button.

You can turn on the remote-finding feature by pressing the button located on the front of your Onn streaming box.

On your Google TV remote, there is a playback button that you can press to play a sound for 30 seconds on your remote. This only works on supported Google TV remote controls. To pause playback, you can press any button on the remote.

AFTVNews says that if the remote is within 30 feet from the streaming box, it will buzz and blink a tiny LED light.
