Online Business: PW’s online segment generated Rs. 549 Cr revenue and Rs. 75.9 Cr operating profit, making digital education its stronger current business engine.

Offline Expansion: The offline segment generated Rs. 490 Cr revenue but recorded Rs. 27.2 Cr operating loss, showing the cost of the physical expansion strategy.

Business Evolution: PW moved from online education to hybrid learning, offline coaching, acquisitions, test preparation, and eventually a full-stack education model nationwide.

Strategic Acquisitions: Acquisitions helped PW enter new categories, including knowledge platforms, exam preparation, skills, and other education segments beyond its original focus.

IPO Expansion Capital: PW earmarked Rs. 1,008.9 Cr from IPO proceeds for offline and hybrid expansion, with Rs. 874 Cr unutilised as of June 30.

Offline Margins: PW says mature Vidyapeeth centres can deliver 13–15% steady-state margins, creating a potential path toward profitable offline expansion at scale.

Student Journey: PW aims to cover K-12, NEET PG, UPSC, skills, and vernacular education, seeking greater ownership across the student journey nationwide.
