SoundHound AI (SOUN) shares rose significantly for a second consecutive day after announcing its product expansion into more Stellantis (STLA)-owned car brands in Europe.
SoundHound AI's voice assistant with integrated ChatGPT is now live in Peugeot, Opel, and Vauxhall vehicles across 11 European markets, with plans to expand to six more markets by month's end.
Earlier this year, Stellantis' DS Automobiles became the first international automotive company to fully implement SoundHound's technology.
The SoundHound Chat AI allows drivers to use hands-free voice commands for various functions, enhancing the driving experience with AI-driven assistance.
SoundHound AI shares surged 22% on Wednesday and gained an additional 6.5% on Thursday, while Stellantis shares have decreased by about 13% in 2024.
