Google to Put Ads in its AI Overview Soon


Google launched its AI Overviews publicly in Search last week, and the trend has already begun. Ads are moving to AI Overviews.

At its May 21 Google Marketing Live event, Google revealed new opportunities for advertisers to take advantage of artificial intelligence in their ads.

One of the big announcements was that Google's AI Overviews in search will soon support in-line ads.

These ads will have a clear "Sponsored" label and display products related to what you are looking for.

However, Google did not provide an exact launch date – they are not yet live – for this to happen, but the company did say that ads will appear in the AI Overviews shortly.
