The pre-eminent engineering company Rolls Royce has set its eye on Indian startups for partnership via R2 Data Labs, a data innovation arm of former. Under the umbrella of this alliance, Rolls Royce will provide supervision, assistance and technical aid to startups specializing in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT (Internet of Things), advanced analytics, the blockchain, and others.
The partnership will allow the company to utilize data to ignite innovation in all its ventures and amalgamate effectively with customers and partners, says Rolls Royce. This move will guard Rolls Royce’s fidelity to construct an innovative and collaborative environment of partners that will hone the thinking process and approach to disruptive technologies.
The city of Bengaluru will be a base for this startup partnership programme. The city is among the 9 international startup hubs over the boundaries of the US. Rest of the hubs are centered in UK, Germany, and Singapore.
