Driving business growth and remaining competitive is a complex task for any business in this disruptive world. The need for enterprises to implement a successful digital transformation strategy is no longer a nice addition to improve the efficiency of IT operations, but an activity that is essential to achieving organizational cost control and revenue expectations. Elinext is one such company that provides comprehensive Product Development Services and Solutions to global companies, SMEs, and startups across the globe. Analytics Insight spoke to Alexey Trigolos, IT Services Director at Elinext to get a better understanding of the company’s evolution since inception and how it helps transform businesses worldwide.
Analytics Insight: Kindly brief us about the company, its specialization and the services that your company offers.
Alexey Trigolos: Well, actually, the story of Elinext started back in 1997 as a purely outsourcing business venture. As of 2019, the company positions itself as an expert in both custom software development and IT-consulting. We have opened offices in Minsk, Belarus, and Hanoi, Vietnam, so I’m glad to say that our development and marketing teams are continually growing.
Analytics Insight: Please brief us about the products/services/solutions you provide to your customers and how do they get value out of it
Alexey Trigolos: We provide a whole cycle of services. We start by analyzing our client’s requirements, and then our specialists proceed to specification development and architecture planning. Then goes the process of coding itself followed by the integration of the solution. That’s it. Besides, it’s important to mention that we do project support as well.
How do our clients get value out of our services? We help our clients get the best from their initial business idea. Being a technological partner, our role consists in providing the best possible solution to the success of each and every project. As for the consulting part of the business, we help our clients reach their long-term goals with advice and expertise.
Analytics Insight: What is your biggest USP that differentiates the company from competitors?
Alexey Trigolos: No matter if you’ve already heard this mantra many times, but the answer is pretty obvious – it’s our employees, highly professional and motivated. They are the driving force behind these tangible results that our customers receive from partnering with Elinext.
However, if you’d like a list, then it would include convenience, quality, reliability, and, surely, exceptional customer service. These are the cornerstones our company has been built on. We see Elinext as a dedicated team running with regularity and precision, the company where every employee plays an integral role.
Analytics Insight: Kindly share your point of view on the current scenario of the Big Data Analytics and its future.
Alexey Trigolos: In my opinion, the biggest benefits that big data analytics may bring to a business are speed and efficiency. As of today, companies across various industries can pinpoint valuable insights to make quick decisions. This is the key point. If a business can work faster and stay agile at the same time, well, it means that this particular business has a competitive edge which is a crucial advantage in today’s over-saturated market.
As for Big Data’s future, it definitely looks bright. Let’s take the medical domain as we have clients in this field of business. The opportunities of Big Data are huge. For instance, evidence-based diagnosis. Big Data brings helps to detect diseases, disorders, and conditions that used to be hard if not impossible to diagnose, say, 10 years ago. If the technology can save lives, it’s worth every effort spent on research.
Analytics Insight: How is IoT/Big Data/AI/Robotics evolving today in the industry as a whole? What are the most important trends that you see emerging across the globe?
Alexey Trigolos: Again, the industry is off and running. Just imagine: autonomous vehicles have become real, voice assistants and chatbots are everywhere, and AI is being widely adopted at factories. AI can even regulate the traffic for a city, what else could emphasize the progress of the industry better than this? As for the trends, I think the biggest one to keep an eye on in 2019 is the adoption of AI solutions that enhance businesses’ teams, make them more versatile and productive.
Analytics Insight: How do you see the company and the industry in the future ahead?
Alexey Trigolos: Fair enough, the complicated and fast-moving nature of the IT industry has its strict rules. First of all, one can’t stop learning. This way, it’s crucial for us, as the IT development company, to encourage our employees to upgrade their knowledge and bring innovative ideas to the table. Hopefully, there are plenty of ways to learn literally on a daily basis so we are sure that Elinext will stay ahead of the curve.
The future belongs to technologies so we’re glad to witness it by providing our contribution to the industry.
