Google Maps: A Simple Way to Share Your Location

Open Google Maps on your device and tap your profile picture or initial in the top right corner.

Select Location sharing and then New share.

Choose how long you want to share your location, from 15 minutes to one day, or until you turn it off.

Select the people you want to share your location with from your contacts or by entering their email or phone number.

Tap Share and confirm your choice. You can stop sharing your location at any time by tapping your profile picture or initial and then Location sharing.
