CEOs Encourage 75% of Staff with AI Bootcamps

IndustryTrends

A new study suggests that CEOs may be less technically competent than their employees, as one in three CEOs lacks enough digital knowledge.

The AI boom has the potential to boost productivity and enable employees to maintain a better work-life balance, but it is being used to menace workers.

A survey by AND Digital found that 44% of respondents felt their staff was not ready to handle AI adoption amid rapid global developments, while 76% of CEOs launched AI training bootcamps.

A majority of 64% felt they were "an analog CEO in a digital age," and many were deploying AI to paper over the cracks.

Nearly half of respondents think AI could replace CEOs, yet 29% of CEOs plan to cut jobs using AI.
