Apple Is Already Utilizing Its Chatbot for Internal Work

Apple is employing an internal chatbot to help staff "prototype future features, summarize text, and answer questions. 

Apple hasn't decided what it intends to do with its Apple GPT chatbot project on the consumer side. 

According to the newsletter, Apple is looking into methods to broaden the usage of generative AI across its organisation.

With one option is to give the technology to AppleCare support employees to aid customers in coping with challenges.

That won't happen anytime soon, as Apple and its CEO, Tim Cook, are well aware of the chatbot's tendency to get things wrong.
