AI To Displace More Female Workers Than Male By 2030, Study Finds

According to the McKinsey analysis, women are 1.5 times more likely than males to need to transition into new employment.

Another analysis from the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise also underlines the change in women's employment.

This imbalance is caused by more than just women's numerical dominance in certain industries.

Despite the fact that males outnumber women in employment, women are exposed to AI automation at a rate that is 21% higher. 

This is because the industries that are most vulnerable to AI disruption have a larger female workforce participation.
